Merry Christmas!

Hey! It's been a while! Sorry my blog has been so boring. I haven't seemed to find the time to get on the computer lately (and its been NICE).

We had a great Christmas! Went to the Lights of Christmas at Warm Beach Camp and ate HUGE plates of BBQ Beef Tips and Cornbread. It really makes me gag thinking about it.

Then we spent the night in Edmonds with the wonderful Leffel Grandparents and their spare queen bed and crib, then headed back up to Stanwood for some fun with the Karstetters (Aaron's cousins). We won BIG in Bingo.

This is Ian and Lucy in a box. Didn't last long.
Christmas Eve was spent with the Tuski's from the south, Diane, Marc, Jaime and the girls. Had a delicious dinner of pot roast, Cheese fondue with Granny Smith apples and bread, and salad. Then dessert with a Chocolate Caramel fondue, pound cake, pineapple, and I forget what else. I was so stuffed. I got a sweet gift card TO THE MALL that I already used on a Rachael Ray cookbook (she used to annoy me but now I actually quite like her), and the new Sugarland CD.

Christmas Day was at the Leffels, and was a full day of fun! We woke up late, had a late breakfast, and had a magnificent dinner. I really enjoyed it, but somehow it escapes me. Probably because the dessert afterward was SO GOOD! :) Especially the Gingerbread cookies. I love those.

Anyway, we played Ticket to Ride late into the night with Jer and Deen. It was a beautiful moment, with the kids asleep, the still, calm night air, and lots of leftover desserts...

So here we are, with Christmas over, and at first, I got a little sad. But how can you get sad with this angelic face...
